Our STORY
Mohammed Ashraf spent over 30 years in the maintenance and painting field in multiple companies before starting TechMagic Technical Service L.L.C. in 2014. After years of seeing rushed jobs and contractors who vanished after payment, he built a building maintenance service in Dubai that actually stands behind its work.
What started as one man’s expertise has grown into a team of 15+ skilled workers handling MEP, HVAC, painting, plastering, tiling, and masonry, from small residential fixes to large-scale commercial projects. Along the way, we’ve earned the trust of clients such as EMAAR, Dubai Health Authority, and Al Ain Municipality.
Today, TechMagic is one of Dubai’s go-to names for building maintenance services, backed by three decades of hands-on experience and a team that treats every job like it’ll be inspected by the toughest client we’ve ever had.
